Sigve Skretting started working with Gladmat in 1998 and led the first 10 festivals. Heidi Netland Berge worked with Gladmat for several years, first as project manager and then as managing director. She is now the festival manager for Ryfest in addition to her job in TEAL.
TEAL has extensive knowledge and experience in developing and executing successful food festivals in Norway. Our team specializes in creating festival experiences that highlight the diversity of food and drink cultures, with a focus on local sustainability, authenticity, and innovation. We have been involved in the development and execution of Gladmat, Mersmak in Skien, Matstreif in Oslo, Tomatfestivalen in Finnøy, the Potetfestivalen in Bryne, and most recently Ryfest in Hjelmeland; Ryfest became a popular event (strandbuen.no).
